I used to really love this bakery, because the food and pastries are absolutely amazing. However, the worst service ever! Consistently bad service always from the servers, cashiers and even management. I recently called ahead to see if I could place a special order, I was told no so I asked if specific pastries would be held aside and the person said yes. Then when I went there that night after work there weren't any left and it was the day before thanksgiving so I wasn't able to find it in any bakery because at that point all bakeries had already sold out, which is the reason I called ahead. The manager asked me when I called and said I must have spoken to the owner, but then he wasn't even really sorry and had no other options for me. I love this place, but I really hope you start to value your customers more.
