I stayed on Saturday 7/15/17 in the best hotel room, the Diplomatic Suite. The truth that disappointed me a lot. It's a big room but very old. As soon as I entered I felt the smell of old, stained carpet floors, the jacuzzi did not work, one of the light fixtures without a lamp, the walls that were papered, some had the paper torn. The view of the room is to the cemetery (although I knew it in advance, it was not pleasant). There was no instruction on how to use the safe. They do not give toothbrush or toothpaste. As a positive I rescue the attention of the staff, the breakfast, the spa and the geographical location. The same is in a very good area where you have thousands of places to go to visit (meals and fun). But it's clear that I'm not coming back to stay. I expected much more.
