Arrived to find used, dirty, and sudsy soap in the shower and a broken glass on the counter. Room was cleaned? Day 2 went for breakfast and ordered Eggs Benedict, waited 20 minutes with 3 wait staff members telling me it would be out shortly only to have a new wait staff report that they didn't have the ingredients to make my breakfast. That evening we found a sharp piece of plastic on the carpet. Day 3 the room wreaked of bleach when we returned after a day in the town. We found a used gas station 32 oz. cup on the sink with a filthy sponge in it. I don't even want to think about that sponge being used to clean the surfaces of the bathroom! Each time we politely called the front desk - not one apology, offer to make things right or corrective action without us asking for it. Wouldn't stay here again if it was free.
