I scheduled my appointment online for an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection sticker. When I arrived for my appointment, I learned that you cannot schedule an appointment for state inspection, which was frustrating only because the online appointment system did not indicate that. However, the young man who did the intake of my vehicle worked to get my vehicle in line for the state inspection so that I did not have to arrange another time out of work to get this done. I truly appreciate his efforts and was extremely pleased that my whole appointment took only two hours - thank you for a job well done!
