Wow wow wow... impeccable service from start to finish. I only stayed for one night while travelling on business but I am coming back with my better half. The staff were absolutely incredible even when taking into account it's a Ritz. When I arrived they saw I was tired and came back 5 minutes after taking me to my room with some ginger tea to help me sleep soundly. When checking out I was telling them about my kids and they excused themselves asking would I mind wait for 5 minutes as they had a gift for my kids. They arrived back with two Ritz Carlton bears explaining the Indonesian culture of giving. In terms of value for money it's outstanding. One night's stay including breakfast, meal and a great massage was USD 170. This was not a package.
