If going to a dealership and talking to a salesman is intimidating as all hell for you (like it was for me), then I highly recommend SMP. I cannot say enough good things about my first time experience with them.
Steve (properly known as Stevie J) is the most kind, genuine, and down-to-earth person. He recognized how anxious I was coming in and walked me through every step - laying out all of my options and being patient with me along the way.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Tom, who was very welcoming and professional. He even checked up on me throughout the day to make sure I was completely happy with my experience.
Last, but certainly not least, I also had to joy of meeting Dean. He was so easy going and funny, all while properly educating me on all of my options.
They have a family atmosphere and it shows among all of their staff. At no point did I feel pressured or pitched and I would 100% recommend their services. Happy to be a part of the Chev fam - thanks again for everything!
