Worst plumbing company I have had the displeasure of hiring. Called for a septic clean out (very standard service) upon arrived two associates with the company began fighting (very obviously) with each other. Once the two dug the tank opening up they stated that I would need to pay an additional fee for the caked up material that needed to be broken prior to the clean out that we originally were quoted for. Once they began the cleaning process they stated that the tank was 1500 gallons, this was not true as they were not able to fully clean the tank due to another job site prior to my site. So my tank was never cleaned out entirely as the truck was to full. The job ended up costing way more than originally quoted and the tank was still not cleaned out entirely. Once we received confirmation that the tank was in fact 1000 gallons from county documents I called the corporate office and detailed my complaints, they stated they will have them out within the week to completely clean out the tank and return a portion of the costs that were payed to complete the job. the two same associates came back to site and destroyed the yard with no care to the mounds of dirt left from their work. All in all the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Do not go to this company if you are looking for a reliable and honest job.
