Bad first aid, to get information about a patient, you must hope to find 1 nurse who has heart. Not like the ones you try to ask for info at 13 and he says "I don't know and anyway I finished the shift" (assuming he is the nurse at the reception and that if you are still there it means that the shift is not over ).
Second: no one answers the phone, indeed, if they answer even annoyed!
I can understand that the amount of work is so great, we would miss it, BUT A MINIMUM OF ORGANIZATION TO LET THE POOR PEOPLE KNOW THAT WAITING OUT FOR SOMETHING WOULD BE HUMAN!
YOU WOULD AVOID A LOT OF BREAKS!
