I recently opened an account with this bank and overall, my experience has been somewhat average. The website is easy to navigate and provides helpful information, but the customer service was a bit lacking. 🤔 I had to wait longer than expected to speak with a representative and the responses I received didn't fully address my concerns. On the positive side, the online banking platform is user-friendly, making it convenient to manage my account. However, I would appreciate more personalized assistance and faster response times. Hopefully, the bank can improve its customer service in the future to provide a more satisfying experience for its clients.
