I was directed by the telephone operator to the admitting office for assistance, after she patiently listened to what i was trying to accomplish. She told me her name but it wasn't heard clearly on my end. Diane- in admitting also listened patiently as i repeated what i needed help with. She was able immediately to meet my needs, put my mind at ease, and take a load of stress off of someone i love dearly. You girls save the day
