Extremely long wait time to receive orders and ver...

Extremely long wait time to receive orders and very poor customer service. Been waiting almost 7 weeks for an order and still nobody can tell me if it s been printed or where it is in their system. Quick to collect payment and then forgotten about. If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible company.
