I had an appointment this morning for an Anderson window representative to measure and give me a quote on some new French doors. They no-showed for their appointment; no phone calls, no nothing. So, I called them up. They didn t know anything, I got referred to somebody else there, she didn t know anything either. Everybody was very sorry.
Of course, they wanted me to reschedule my appointment. Like my time is it worth nothing. Anderson, if this is your customer service,
then don t call me, I ll call you.
