My husband and I just completed a 12,000+ miles trip in our Heartland fifth wheel. We scheduled the 1 year towable gold maintenance service and had some other stuff that needed repaired. Our service rep was Ellen and the technician was Vince. They did an extraordinary job. Ellen recorded my list, knew what to do and how to do it. She took our extended warranty info and handled filing the claim. She saved us close to $800. We stopped by several times to check on things. She was always good-natured and answered our questions. Vince was friendly when we stopped by the service bay. We had some electrical issues. For each issue he recognized the problem and knew what to fix. A great relief for two novice repair people.
Lazydays RV is the top of my list for maintenance and repair services. I am partial to knowledgeable service people and the people I have worked with at Lazydays have satisfied me on their expertise. Thank you.
