My car broke down and I had a flat tyre on Shortland St. I called First Assistance for help on my way to my meeting, and they arranged to meet me at the car exactly 45 minutes later. When I returned to my car they were waiting as arranged. Their clever technician changed my tyre , did something magical under the bonnet, and had me back on the road within 15 minutes. No grease marks for me, and quick and efficient service from them. I simply can't praise the response of First Assistance enough.
