Tried calling in to office in person with a faulty...

Tried calling in to office in person with a faulty case/battery unit and was told to go away and call customer service. Tried that, ringing out with no reply, offered a call back which never happened. Tried their on line resolution service and it wouldn't accept GB address ?? Seems that you're on your own if you have any problems so be lucky !
