As a CUSTOMER, I would rate the services of Michigan Reading Association as great. They have a well-designed website that offers a lot of valuable information. The resources provided are helpful and easy to navigate. The content is informative and engaging. I find myself coming back to the website often to gather new ideas and strategies for my classroom. It has definitely improved my teaching practices. The only suggestion I would have is to include more interactive features on the website to further engage the users. Overall, I am very satisfied with the services provided by Michigan Reading Association.
