Do not take electronics that have service at Depanero! Do not throw money on extra guarantees when the service is at Depanero. I do not answer the phone, do not respect the repair term, I suck and twist everything just to save time. I have never had to deal with such unreliable and unprofessional service. It doesn't even deserve a star.
Update: After 24 days in service, I am still calling them, that the laptop was sent to the dump, although the replacement decision has not been issued yet and I have not been informed. Expect this from Depanero.
