The staff at the Sofitel in Denaru really made the trip for us. From kids club to the Lagoon restaurant the staff would anticipate our needs and make us feel welcome. They were absolutely wonderful with the kids. In particular I would single out Alfred, Seini, Merioni and Ala who always went above and beyond and were so genuine and kind to us and our kids.
