My mom has a recent stay at Baptist. We were on 6 th floor , not sure what wing but room 6100. The staff was great. Every staff member from Doctors to Personal Care assistant were kind , efficient and very considerate. If we needed help it was given quickly even though I know how short handed they can be. Tatyana and Keisha were with us for several days. They were so kind and efficient. Tatyana was so reassuring to help reserve my mom s dignity and embarrassment. Keisha was a great liaison to get Mom what she needed. Although food could be improved , my mom was on a low sodium diet so they could account for blandness. Baptist care is much improved and rooms are very nice and spacious. Thanks to all on the ward who made a difficult situation as good as possible. Kudos to also to physical therapy staff. They were very kind and efficient and made my mom as comfortable as possible.
