I sent a complaint to you over 2 weeks ago about a Bus Company not refunding my money for a trip that was canceled by the company. I am yet to receive a confirmation from BBB. This is poor business practice. This just seems to me that you dont care and leave the customer just hanging out there. BBB was not much help up to this point. The company is One Bus Express.
