Made the whole process of getting a refund for my trip super easy after my traveling companion was diagnosed with a sudden and serious illness. Answered the phone quickly and addressed all my questions. Sent my refund form in and a few days later I got a message that I was getting a refund! One thing I will say is that after I sent in my forms I didn't know they were received until I got my refund confirmation a few days later. Either way, very happy!
