Excellent seafood at a low price, but the downside...

Excellent seafood at a low price, but the downside is that this is an old smelly bar, not a restaurant. BTW - It has its own parking lot. I recommend you take out and not eat in the building, because the seafood is really really good but the building itself is filthy and stinks....
