The building is superb. The welcome is impeccable and personalized, especially if it is not your first visit. The rooms are spacious (I have not tried the suites) clean and the decor rather timeless. The parking lot is a bit tight for modern cars, but considering the models, the owners are careful and there is no risk of finding your vehicle scratched.
The staff are attentive, but we are not in a Latin country. The service is professional and can seem to lack warmth.
In conclusion, a beautiful setting where to spend a night or a moment of relaxation to visit the Venice of the North.
