Our NBN through iinet has been set up at the wrong address twice in the past in 3 years, and yesterday a new neighbour moved in and we have been disconnected a third time as our line was still connected to the wrong house... Been on the phone for 2 days with no solution except for me to wait for the next NBN appointment 2 weeks away for your mistakes to be corrected... Your negligence and inability to fix problems is horrendous. And your customer service staff that are working from home in Manila can't transfer calls to supervisors- how pointless. REF 346405048. What is adequate compensation for failing to connect the right house three times already and then asking me to wait another 2 weeks for a new NBN appointment? Your team think it s appropriate to advise me to hotspot my mobile data from another telco as a solution for the next 2 weeks. Will you pay for that? Offering me only one month free internet won t cover the extra charges. Please have someone in a senior position call me ASAP.
