I was in the downtown area for the Magnificent Mile Lights Festival. I stopped in the hotel to grab a drink before the parade started. The bartender was very polite and courteous. The drinks were very good, but pricey. I guess that's what you can expect from an establishment right off Michigan Ave.

The hotel itself was very clean, and inviting. The staff was very attentive. I would recommend this hotel to people who are looking for a place to stay, close to the Mag Mile.
