I brought my X3 in to determine the reason for the service engine soon and get a slow leak in my back passenger tire repaired. Before they even looked at it they determined I needed an oil change which would clear the service engine soon light. After about an hour they came with a $4000 estimate for other work they said was required. I declined that work and within minutes they said my car was ready. They changed the oil and then after charging me $99 to tell me I had a slow leak in the back passenger tire (which I already knew) they told me to take it to discount tire to get it plugged. To add insult to injury after getting the oil changed and driving less than 10 miles the service engine soon light came back on. When I told the service guy he told me to bring it back in which I was not able to do as I had already spent 2 1/2 hours there and I live an hour away. Worst possible experience at a dealership.
