This review is of the Bargain Boutique at the David & Margaret Youth Home. This is a remainder bargain store with food items which have aged off of market shelves. It is a place that if you know what you're planning on with it, you can save quite a bit of money. Breads are from local markets - almost all of it a couple days old, but still fresh, and typically around 50 cents a package.

They also have non-food items such as housewares and clothing - come late spring, they tend to have a large number of dresses suitable for prom, most under $10, a great option if you're on a budget.

You should bring your own bags (sometimes they charge 10 cents per plastic bag if you do not). The boutique is on the main floor (half a level up from ground level) and is open 7 days a week, some days with limited hours. Well worth the time visiting.
