A very dissappointing weekend, having stayed here for an anniversary for the past three years it is very clear that the hotel has gone down hill in a very big way!
Pillows like concrete, a TV that was far too big for the room, no in-house movies (even though they were advertised) a shocking lack refreshments available in the room with wooden sticks in place of teaspoons!! Half dead plants on the restaurant tables, Indifferent reception staff and housekeeping knocking at 9am on a Sunday morning to clean the room are just some of the reasons for this negative review.

The only saving grace was the staff in the bar and restaurant who were friendly and efficient.
We will be finding alternative accommodation for next years celebration that s for sure.
