This company does not deserve even a half star. Ever since the take-over, we have had an increase in drug-use and homeless flopping. The manager says that corporate won t let us do anything when these concerns are brought up. Well, whether that statement is true or not, the elderly residents here are no longer safe. Goes to show that yet another California-based company is more interested in turning a quick tax-break buck than demonstrating their Integrity mission statement.
Time to contact HUD.
