2 Oct 2018 - UPDATE Eviivo misses a major feature hotels require! - Once receiving bookings, your system does NOT auto add guests to contacts DB, each and every customer has to be added MANUALLY by going through 6 key clicks and 4 screens to finally click ADD TO CONTACTS. (After doing this returning guests details can be found) very disappointing as hotels thrive on returning guests. Support advise they have made a note LOL ! .
Called Support, with regard to hotel prices not being correct on google, phoned support on hold for 27 minutes before answering at 4.30pm Wednesday, tried online chat, UNTRAINED staff couldn't help, infact Khaled terminated the conversation ? Phoned HQ in London, "cant help or give out any other numbers" all in all no help or support AGAIN... think twice before signing up to this company.. there support is lacking... and probably needs support themselves..
