I called Ryders Plus a couple days ago to renew my motorcycle insurance policy. A lady by the name of Charmaine St Louis answered . Right away I recognized the voice from last year when I called to renew . The reason why I recognized the voice is because we had such a great chat the last time . I remember Charmaine having that great telephone voice , positive , pleasure to speak with . She is very personable . Great addition to Ryders team .
