My 3 children (6, 4, and 1 y/o) and I visited the zoo today. Overall the park was very clean. I was impressed with the amount of zoo employees that are readily available to answer your questions and give information about the animals. There were lots of great animals to be seen. Their habitats looked well maintained. The grounds were very clean. The kids enjoyed the children's area a great deal. There are opportunities to pet some farm animals and to see other animals rather close. It wasn't crowded. We had no problems viewing the exhibits. We were able to take a picnic lunch and there are places to refill your water fountain. The admission price seems a little high in my opinion, but it was a nice time. We were easily able to spend 4 hours. The only concern, other than price, is a lack of a family restroom. This was a challenge for me with 3 little ones and a big double stroller. Overall though it was a good trip and worth a visit
