Customer Service failure. Service manager decided to take a stand on a 4 dollar remote screw and cost the shop nearly 2K dollars of repair work. Nothing makes you want to spend your hard earned money like being talked to like you are an idiot. Overheard same service manager a few weeks later on an unrelated visit coaching a service adviser "[customer] is saying anything to you to get the results she wants." Loud as day in front of other customers. Little surprised, but shouldn't be considering how I was talked to earlier. Maybe by default not assume everyone is lying to you to get stuff? Service advisers are good....service manager not so much.
