Was a great first step in my recovery. The staff is awesome. Once we (as a group) felt the intense weight of our individual situations soften, we were able to laugh at many things. Mostly at ourselves. I remember that the most. Just do it. If you need help beyond your own ability to stay sober, you will be shown love even if you don't love yourself.
