Thursday, September 19, 19 had a nasal sinus operation. Lasted 20 minutes. It went well and afterwards completely stayed away. No Diclofenac needed. The surgeon told me afterwards that my sense of smell, which was completely gone, would slowly return after about 6 - 8 weeks. But believe it or not, on Friday evening I carefully smelled the smell of garlic while preparing the meal and the following day the herbs used in Thai soup.
