I am very disappointed with the level of service received from FSH.
They got me in to see a surgeon for a consult write away. but from there it went bad .
Flew over from Island for appointment hard to find were the office in building is,<sure not the picture on there website>.
Got told that appointment was not there it was at VGH .
I also got told that I would need tests and a letter from my doctor that was 3 days before my surgery date?
Have been informed that a nerve block would do the trick no surgery required. Phoned and emailed for more information but no answers from FSH.
For what I payed very unsatisfied with care.
