Wanted to share an update that we discovered after...

Wanted to share an update that we discovered after moving in that our water pipes freeze. We looked in our crawl space and there was clear signs the previous owners tried to burn thr pipes to melt them and had extra insulation around them. I was disappointed our home inspection didn't point that out.

Bobby did our inspection before we purchased our new home. We didnt call to go over the report but he was very thorough. He even pointed out little things I wouldn't have though of, like cracks in the driveway. Thanks Bobby!
