Don't normally write bad reviews, but hopefully management reads this and corrects the issues. I will say there was a big Dolphins showing there, but they did call ahead and let them know there would be 75 of us coming. After being seated we waited approximately 10 mins before even being acknowledged. We ordered nachos and conch fritters. Nachos came out fairly quick and was told the conch fritters would be out shortly. Conch fritters never did come out. My wife ordered the NY strip and I ordered the Tuna dinner. A Ribeye came out instead of the strip. After finally getting our servers attention, we let her know about the mix up and that we were fine with the Ribeye, but just not to charge us for the NY Strip (This took a good 5 mins to explain. She kept asking if we wanted it taken off the bill and we kept explaining the Strip was more expensive and to just make sure to charge us for the Ribeye. On four different occasions after this, she blamed the kitchen and kept making excuses for the lack of service and wrong/no food. I am all for being held accountable and owning ones actions. I would give them another shot if we come down to the area, just to see.
