Be careful with checkout and when management tells you they will comp a night and only comp half. We were told none smoking hotel, yet the room next to us smoked all day. We had to switch room, not the person smoking. We were downgraded to a lower floor smaller room with no view. Double charged for restaurants. They also charged me and the person I was sharing with. When I bring this up to management, I am treated in a rude manner and they act as if they are doing me a favor by adjusting properly the bill. I travel often and this is the first time I had such an experience.
