Absolutely horrible. Took literally weeks to call us back. Where were my mother's remains? We had to have the memorial without the ashes. The woman who finally spoke with my sister claimed she had tried to call. She was dishonest, rude and cruel at a time of grieving. What is wrong with this woman? Insult upon injury. Our priest had nothing good to say about them either -- no communication, miscommunication, take their time because they have already been paid, etc. Our priest said that this was his experience with those who used NS as well. Find someplace better.
