beach front rooms were over four hundred dollars, they did not give us the rooms they promised in lower floors. The rooms they had were on 16 floors, even thought we prepaid a month earlier. They gave us rooms in 12 floor, we could not use balcony, afraid of heights and they increased price of rooms as stated in our original itinerary. We have tired to resolve issue with Guest relations and each time get a new person, requesting credit card information, and itineraries and hotel receipts, have sent it twice, and still issue not resolved. Our corporate NACCFI training center has cancelled all conferences with any Hilton facility. very disappointed.
