FR is one of my favorite neighborhood restaurants ...

FR is one of my favorite neighborhood restaurants on the UWS. Cozy, bistro interior with good French food. Service and management are friendly and attentive. The berger is very good and decently priced. My wife and I like to sit at the bar. Stan, the bartender is a good guy and makes a great old fashion.
