BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!! 1 hour and a half on the phone, no communication on waiting times, 4 phone calls, 4 interrupted phone calls, 2 times I finally manage, after 25 ', to speak with an operator but still interrupted calls. I give up!!! I booked on GNV ... You should have more respect for your customers !!!
