Bought an *expensive* Weber BBQ at AC. The quick-connect valve was missing - which we noticed after the gas installer came. I called the store and was at first told to contact the manufacturer directly. I tried complaining and was told to come by and pick up a replacement. The replacement quick connect was the wrong size - it did not fit the BBQ. I tried explaining the difference in size (3/8" vs 1/2") but this was futile as they kept claiming 3/8" is the standard. I gave up and bought the 1/2" quick connect at Dickson Home Hardware BBQ store at Avenue and 401. I will never shop at AC again. Waste of my time. Poor customer service. No one gives a damn after the sale is done.
