I was very disappointed in the various drivers from the routes that I took the bus.

Oahu, Honolulu and Waikiki specifically are very touristy destinations. One would expect some level of help in getting to where one is going. I'm shocked and disappointed in the various bus drivers that interacted with.

When trying to get to my destinations, if Google maps, which is what The Bus uses to give directions and bus stops, is not working correctly, and have to ask a bus driver, when I asked any of the various bus drivers they responded by telling me that they were traveling to the final destination for their assigned route.

I observed the various drivers who provided helpful information to other passengers. I'm not sure what personal problems the drivers have to present unprofessional and unethical in selecting who they provide help to or not. It's simply un-American.

You either help everyone you can or none at all, but treat everyone equally.

If one is on vacation, I definitely recommend renting a car. It saves significant time compared to the bus, and avoiding the pathetic attitudes of the various unprofessional bus drivers who don't want to help a tourist.
