Celine at the special help desk is heaven sent! I lost my ID before I got to the hotel and other staff I talked to before her seemed uninterested in helping me. But Celine got me checked in and I felt so relieved even though I booked my stay through a 3rd party and was given the run around by them. Giving this hotel 2 stars because I found candy wrapper trash under my pillow and the shower had an odor...this was in a NEW room (whatever that means). Also, some of the hotel registration staff were rude and unhelpful over the phone, they should take notes about customer service from Celine!
