Worse place I been for VA Care. The term FIX THE VA comes from a facility like this and how it operates. The staff are very inconsiderate, rude and just there for the Gov check nothing else. Also the wait time for appointments can be an hour before seen and then want rush you out and don't care why your there. If you re seeking to apply for VA benefits seek elsewhere the Texas Veterans Commission there are worthless and just drawing a VA check and end there 4pm time not caring who they talked to that day. Even the VA Police needs cleaning up, was stopped by the VA Police for going 2 miles over the limit in the facility and stated next time will be arrested and said my DL was invalid which was false. Told me after my appointment to leave the property and never come back. Real nice treatment for giving 9 year's service to my country in a combat field and being deployed every time they asked. Would recommend to take Veterans Choice Program at a private facility and stay away from this place until they fix the VA.
