If I could put no stars, I would have done it ...
To begin with deplorable customer service: they spend their time apologizing but they do nothing when we have a problem. They send half of the order. They withdraw the bank account while they do not have the rest of the parts in stock and have no visibility on the stocks to come. Already it is not very honest ... then, they made me struggle 2 months to be reimbursed. And the order I had received did not match the part of my vehicle. As I realized that 1 month later they did not want to reimburse me. While C was their fault. Frankly we must flee this site. They respond by email only with automated responses. Never order on yakarouler
