This was our first time at Potter's and its just been perfect in every way!! The staff are just so welcoming, kind, funny and helpful without exception (which is so rare to find!) The food is first class and so are the shows...like West End standard! We came with the kids in the summer holidays (8 and 14 year old boys) and there was so much to do for all of us. We'll be back without a doubt..it really is quality time together and we've done so many activities that we would never have otherwise done and it's all included in the price!! Thank you so much Potter's for a truly wonderful holiday!!!
