One of the worst hotels I have stayed in since visiting Myrtle Beach. First of all the customer service reps are rude and doesn t care about giving good service to their customers. Secondly two rooms that I booked 3 months in advance were supposed to be on the same floor. On the way there someone called and said that they couldn t accommodate because the hotel was booked. Third, the WiFi is horrible after calling the front desk the rep replied that it was because too many people were online. It s said that the wifi isn t upgraded. Lastly after call the general manager BJ Cribb to complain about the issues, it was a waste of time. Do not waste your time staying at the resort there are a lot better ones in the area.
